My love for performance nutrition started early as a competitive high school runner navigating the conflicting messages around fueling for sport. I knew I had to figure out the true science behind sports nutrition to get the answers I wanted.
I continued my athletic career as an All-American track athlete. I then pursued my masters in nutrition at University of Illinois at Chicago, focusing my experience on performance nutrition.
I have a passion for providing evidence-based, realistic nutrition services to high school and college athletes to allow them the opportunity to take full advantage of their athletic careers and optimize their nutrition for performance and recovery.
I have worked on the performance nutrition teams at Stanford University and Northwestern University and am excited to be able to share my nutrition knowledge and expertise with my clients. I am currently working towards my CSSD certification.
In my free time, I love running, weight training, traveling, camping, exploring Chicago restaurants, and a good movie with popcorn.
